The MICRO chassis is the traditional chassis for this category. The wheel base is 800mm. It is supplied with a rear axle of 25mm in diameter and mechanical brake system.

ROCKY EXP2

ROCKY EXP2 is the TONY KART chassis for the Mini class.

This chassis has a wheel base of 900mm and is supplied with a 30mm rear axle and the new hydraulic brake system, OTK BSM.

The components are in aluminium, it has OTK AXP-Q aluminium wheels and it is supplied with ARROW Bodyworks complete with sticker kit.

KRYPTON KR

Vortex Engines

RVS 125 CC

The innovations introduced in the 125 RVS engine, still make more competitive the VORTEX product dedicated to the ICC and SICC classes, product that has already shown its high performance level during the SICC world cup of the last year. The engine has been equipped with a new reed valve pyramid, new is the crank chamber shape interested from the gas flux, and are fruit of a new design also the exhaust ports and transfer ducts. New and more performance is also the exhaust installation, decisive component of the performances. These characteristics merge with the gearbox, the dry clutch with damper, and the other peculiarities typical of the VORTEX 125cc crankcase. Immediately from the first tests, emerged an increase of power furnished all along the curve, that will not delay to have a reply in the sportive use.

ROK is a 125cc single-cylinder 2 stroke engine by Vortex, with reed valve admission in the crankcase. It is mixture-lubricated and liquid-cooled with integrated water pump. It has got a self-generating digital ignition and an integrated electric starter, which the battery is dedicated to. It is provided with a balancer shaft, which reduces the vibrations. A centrifugal dry clutch makes it possible to keep the engine on even when the kart is still.

JUNIOR ROK
By changing the exhaust, the Rok engine decreases in power from 29Hp to 19Hp. That's the Junior Rok engine!

Junior engine

The Rotax FR125 Engine is a sealed spec engine based around a spec World wide kart racing series. 21hp, Water cooled, 125cc 2-stroke, digital ignition, 6 month limited warranty, electric start and no major rebuild for 50 hours. Addition of intake and exhaust restrictors bring this engine down to 13.5hp for Minimax drivers ages 8-12.
